Portal access
Use the client login only after the MI Team has created your access profile and assigned your workspace. If your login is not assigned to a workspace, the portal will not show files.
Secure client exchange
Client document portal
Credentialed clients use this workspace to exchange confidential files with MI Analysts. Every portal upload is encrypted before storage and tied to an assigned client workspace.
Secret exchange
Do not send passwords, recovery phrases, or sensitive one-time secrets through ordinary email. Ask the MI Team for a secure handoff method such as Signal or a password-manager share before exchanging secrets.
File custody
Client files belong inside assigned workspaces. Documents uploaded here are encrypted at rest, served only through authenticated downloads, and recorded in the portal audit log.
